There's so much to learn out there, your best bet might be to figure out what tools the company you are looking at is using and try to get some exposure to them.
As a fresh out of university hire, good companies won't expect you to know everything or have a lot of depth of experience, but they'll want to see that you are eager to learn, you know how to learn, and you are humble about what you do and do not know.
Having broad exposure to tools, processes, and systems will give you a good foundation that the company can help you build on top of.
If you want to get some hands on experience with a tool like Datadog, you can check out the [Datadog Learning Center](https://learn.datadoghq.com/ https://learn.datadoghq.com/).
