  I suppose it depends on the extend of the impoverished-ness. The homeless certainly aren’t worried about lightbulbs but the 65% of Americans living paycheck to paycheck probably appreciate the savings.

    If you’re living paycheque to paycheque then where is the extra money going to come from to buy expensive bulbs?
