nothing is unhackable, even paper ballots are flesh-hacked by the people who count them.
i think by far the best thing you can do is pay smart people lots of money as a bounty on finding exploits. or publicly recognize their achievement (because sometimes it's not about the money)
you will eventually have a product that is hard enough to hack that it's not worth the effort (but never completely unhackable)
