- shostack 4y agoAnd the Internet! I remember a teacher of mine getting all bent out of shape I was using Wikipedia for research instead of books in the library.
- jasfi 4y agoMental math can be surprisingly good for your brain.
- dorchadas 4y agoThe calculator has ruined kid's ability to do arithmetic, and, because of it, they never develop any numeracy or sense of how numbers work. Which means when they hit algebra, they hit a brick wall once the abstraction starts to come in.
