Were the datapoints all from one market (SF Bay Area)? Or across multiple regions in the US?
- dw5ight 15y agoData was across the US. I tried looking for regional trends (price variation, etc), but at least at the state/major metropolitan area level price and availability distributions were surprisingly homogeneous. I'm hoping to deep dive later in more detail, but for saving money there didn't seem to be much on the regional front worth reporting. Thanks for reading!
