The dog hit one woman which died instantly from the hit. Another women got hit by a bus while watching the whole spectacle, died instantly. A man who saw both the dog falling on the woman, and the woman getting hit by a bus, had a heart attack (I guess because of what he just witnessed) and died in the ambulance.
