I'm confused why I don't see any calls here for regulation. It seems like an obvious area to turn to when established companies are either (1) stealing your money or (2) banning you for no reason. It seems like there should already be regulations in this area and (in the US) prosecutors willing to pursue companies for the fame or a portion of the payout. Is this area of finance really totally unregulated?
