WFH is still massive in countries that have all of this. I live 15-25 minutes from Central London via tube or cycle, so do loads of my friends. There are effectively zero in person companies despite this. People just mostly prefer to wake up 5 minutes before they clock on and work in their pyjamas. I don't get it, but I've accepted at this point that I'm just not going to.
