I absolutely despise these "personality" tests. I've done the DISC assessment bs at multiple jobs. I'm to the point where I think I'm going to purposely answer "wrong" in the future to get some odd letter and throw the hardcore DISC fans off. We have a few people that continuously walk around talking about whether they're D, or "oh that's such an S thing to do". Yes... all people's personalities fit into some stupid 4 personality acronym.
