"For no apparent reason, Safari acts like there’s no internet connection. Rebooting solves that until a week later." My iPhone 13 Pro does this all the time when I'm not on Wifi. Time to visit the Apple store and make them give me a free phone. Is it actually a phone problem? Doubtful. But they should pay. Oh yes, they will pay (by providing a replacement under their silly-expensive replacement plan).
