WSL2 Freeze Issue

  WSL2 has an issue where it freezes and consumes 100% CPU. The only known solution is either to reboot or to kill it with an admin power shell. Some users report having the issue multiple times a day.

  I have this issue but wsl --shutdown does work and I don't need to reboot.
