What form do you take? Glycinate?
- ebfe1 4y agoI only learn about Magnesium Glycinate now... I have been taking Magnesium Citrate ... works well for me... But reading online... I see why Glycinate maybe better for some XD: > "This form of magnesium is less likely to have a laxative effect than magnesium citrate"
