The fed’s shareholders are who again?
- htag 4y agoIt doesn't issue shares. Instead of answering to shareholders the Federal Reserve answers to congress. Congress has granted the Federal Reserve quite a bit of autonomy, but law established the Federal Reserve and law can modify or abolish it.
