Although I personally dislike product people, I recognize the value they have to organizations focused on growth. But when you're facing a recession you probably only need a fraction of them.
- senttoschool 4y agoSame can be said about developers. You don't need as many developers if you don't focus on growth. You only need enough to make sure the system doesn't crash.
