I've also played around with modding my Gaggia: https://github.com/ndipatri/RoboGaggia https://github.com/ndipatri/RoboGaggia I added lots of features which didn't require high-end components... (e.g. dual PID, auto-fill, auto-cool-down, integrated scale, auto-brew, etc. etc.). With basic components, I was able to achieve a constant flow rate and pre-infusion.
