- edgyquant 4y agoYes? Dogs are conscious beings capable of learning words and actions that also have emotional intelligence, who would argue they aren’t?
- waboremo 4y agoThat's silly, why would you dismiss his intelligence based on whether or not he could understand a language that was not taught to him?
