Sure, but have you tried using OS generated for MS phone? I remember looking at their phones and their one distinct advantage was an amazing ( for the time ) screen with crazy resolution and excel integration. That was it. Everything else was the same Windows, but more locked ( that at least was my first impression; after that I did not care enough to keep track of it. ). It is almost like they failed, because this 'phone' project was an afterthought and it was more important to take down Nokia.
