Small businesses generally? If a company is just a few people with a vision the more they care about the things you listed here.
The larger and more profitable a company grows the more leadership is selected based on maximising shareholder value and this is generally when all the malalignment happens.
- rozenmd 4y agoPretty much this, as a small company I have this on my about page: There's no massive team, no investors looking for growth at any cost, just me, running a sustainable business.
