Langchain generating/reprioritizing its own task list, executing them one by one

  It needs a budget and to keep track of it's spending. It needs to determine what skills it needs and how to obtain them. also it probably needs top level goals and then sub goals and sub goals of sub goals so that it doesn't meander of task.
