Can states keep trains from blocking crossings? High court asks feds to weigh in
- Kon-Peki 4y agoUnfortunately, I think the answer is no. Congress has to get involved to make it happen. In the mean time, local communities need to map out their safety-critical crossings and figure out ways to mitigate problems. Federal money is available for grade separation projects.
