> But just stop for a minute and think about what you love about programming. What I love most is creating stuff. I have little interest in algorithms, o-notation, and other minutiae. I’d love a world where I could just tell the computer what I want to create and it takes care of the minutiae for me. Though, I’m mostly thinking about personal projects. When it comes to writing code for work… well, that is not really in the ven diagram circle of things I love about programming. Maybe I’ll have to do something else for work, though I’m about 10-15 years away from retirement. It will be interesting to see how much things change by then.
