I am curious if this could be a way to increase the proportional nutrient content of rice, or if nutrient content will also be affected by an increase of RS. Because of rising CO2 levels in our atmosphere crops are going to become more starchy and contain proportionally less nutrients as a result [1]. We’re either going to need to find ways to increase nutrient intake or reduce the starchyness of the food we eat.
