- bradleyjg 4y agoIt shouldn’t get any interest. In fact, there should be a cost of carry. Interest comes from lending money to some entity that want to borrow money. Central banks don’t. Conflating an investment (lending at interest) and a store of value is how we got to the mess we are in.
