- crooked-v 4y agoNo, it's talking about housing units, which includes both single- and multi-family construction.
- BeetleB 4y agoThe 6.5 million number number the original poster mentioned is for single family houses, as per the article. It does say when you include multifamily, the gap drops to 2.3 million.
