- yawnr 4y agoCongrats, genuinely. In my mid 30s with what I thought was a lot of money saved and can’t afford a 2 bedroom apartment. Feels hopeless.
- Overtonwindow 4y agoDo not despair! The best thing we did was to find a good realtor, who knew a good lender, and they gave us the truth about exactly what we needed to do to qualify for an FHA loan. A down payment is no longer necessary; for US citizens.
