This is ridiculous. There was a single incident at Google in 2004 (there might be more, but that's all the article mentioned), and you're using that a a basis to say "when I meet a person from Google now, I'm going to have a fairly good idea what they're thinking about me as I speak". Google has 30,000 employees, and you're judging them all by the actions of a few people 8 years ago.
