How do you know it doesn't use 2023 data just because you tell it to pretend its 2021?
- bdg 4y agoThe models have cutoff dates that are explained in the docs.
- telotortium 4y agoWhy on earth would you trust that? OpenAI isn't releasing any technical details of how GPT-4 works. There may be some part of the model trained on pre-2022 data only, but there may be fine-tuning on later data.
