Something extremely satisfying about building up some manual thing and then finding a way to automate it with the tools at hand. Plus there are layers to the automation. Then I installed Bobs&Angels mods and they just took the game to a whole other level. Figuring out petrochems was really fun to do.

- bombcar 4y agoFactorio as a game is basically software improvement/maintenance as a game.
- el_isma 4y agoIn some ways it is, but the main difference for me is that things work. It's like only having the good parts of the job :)
