Correct. The record is for "deepest untethered sea walk", and the JIM suit is generally classified as a submersible, similar to a one-person submarine. scuba units are usually defined as a breathing apparatus that deliver breathable gas at ambient pressure. The life support system inside a hard suit deliver breathable gas at atmospheric pressure.

Awesome, thank you! I did a similar search to yours but didn’t turn that record up. This was just before bed for me, so I must’ve overlooked her. That suit looks just like a big daddy from Bioshock!
