I wonder if one could create a really fun variant this way. One team guarding both nets, one team trying to score on both. Switch roles after a goal or some number of minutes. Then let's add some extra fun: one goal is worth two points. So how much better do you guard that one? How much more strongly do you attack that one? Strategies would be fascinating.
