MS had same problem under ballmer. Complacency starts at top.
- mrkramer 4y agoBallmer at least brought us Bing and sticked to it. So he wasn't that bad except missing trillion dollar opportunity called non-Apple mobile operating system that turned out to be Android not Windows Phone.
