The problem is that many when saying "EU" are thinking mainly Germany and other countries among the top-3/5. But even Germany is behind the US in terms of GDP/capita, PPP probably also.
- namaria 4y agoMost of the US is behind the leader locations as well. And most Europeans in rich metropolises have better lives then Americans in rich metropolises. Less pollution, less traffic, more free time, more safety.
