I would get that deduction for all of the employees I am already providing health insurance for. And what about Obama's proposal to eliminate capital gains taxes for small businesses? I haven't seen the details, but the only way for a small business to incur capital gains taxes is by selling assets. I would think a bunch of people working to create companies that they can possibly sell for a large sum would be in favor of eliminating that tax.
