This is a logical fallacy. If the are dangerous for one group there are dangerous for all groups, similar to how a bomb is just a dangerous tool no matter who welds it. You can make the argument that you "need the tool to fight back against bad actors" but seeing as how I don't want everyone to freely be able to walk around with 50 lbs of C4, I think a similar argument could be made here. I would much rather a corporation extract money from me than a immoral person cause me harm.
