- eesmith 4y agoThe Board overruled the 2020 decisions which allowed broad anti-disparagement clauses, so at best what you'll get is a return to the status quo 2019. I can't say I noticed a difference in the amount of disparagement I read now vs. then, so I don't think you'll get your wish. BTW, the guidance letter refers to disparagement of "the image of the employer, its parent and affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives", so rather broader than just coworkers.
