- yellow_lead 4y agoMaybe the "hope the other person settles" approach. But that tends to work better when there's a financial imbalance.
- fsckboy 4y agoyou linked to an entire page of a detailed law, which at a glance protects rights of publicity, not "gives them away". I'm not saying you're wrong, but what clauses do you think allows usage of their likenesses in this context? "The statute requires that any consent to use an individual's right of publicity for a commercial purpose be made in writing, which includes written, electronic, digital or any other verifiable means of authorization."
