Try the Fortune 500 also. The one I work at uses Accenture for much of its technical support.

  Same. Was at an F500 previously and we had a lot of Cognizant and Accenture personnel. COG was the line workers and ACC was engineers and higher-level stuff, like consulting for deployment roadmaps. Both were terrible.
