- yieldcrv 4y agoa product having utility does not preclude it from also being a security its just that the SEC isnt applying that logic anywhere aside from crypto. so its either apply it everywhere or make a clear path to exemption that crypto assets can predictably comply with, where nothing has to be filed at all
