- hailwren 4y agoHonest question, given that it says ad — why would this be illegal? Would the SEC claim that she was not good enough friends with the people who told her that to call them friends?
- polygamous_bat 4y agoNot a lawyer, but my impression is that a lot of time such cases are decided on what a reasonable person might take away from the text rather than what the text literally says.
