I work at a smaller department, that was a company bought by Adobe. Can't speak for every part of the company, but it's been pretty nice so far. It seems very supportive to employees, and has a bunch of "employee networks" for supporting employees (https://www.adobe.com/diversity/strategy/employees/employee-networks.html https://www.adobe.com/diversity/strategy/employees/employee-...) with events and help and stuff. No complaints so far really, that's always subject to change, but so far it's been a nice place to work.
