Oh i do remember this happening a long time ago but haven't had that issue in like 6 months. Although in my case it might have been a specific Language Server Protocol (LSP) package I was using that was consuming 100%+ of my CPU (they fixed it). Used to have an issue where my bluetooth headphones would annoyingly hiccup every minute or so while listening to music.
