How many managers do you have for this to be a problem at a company of 35?
- PuppyTailWags 4y agoThis can happen even with small numbers of managers. It only takes one territorial or poorly-communicating asshole to fracture a broader organizer. If anything, a small number of managers exaggerates the damage that one bad manager can do.
