Met police found to be institutionally racist, misogynistic and homophobic

(e.g. explaining exactly what people did wrong is more helpful than applying a label) That said, I have been following the story of how sexual assault by the met police is such a problem that the police say that women shouldn't stop for the police unless there are two of them. And, like the police in the US when it comes to brutality against blacks, they instinctually circle the wagons when they are perceived to be under attack. It's inevitable that some cops are going to do the (very) wrong thing sometimes, the outrage isn't over that, it is about how they don't get held accountable and brought to justice.
