Biden to Stunt Growth in China for Chipmakers Getting US Funds
- ar9av 4y agoI think it’s safe to say that US no longer sees China as competitor, but an adversary. And I would speculate that it’s the direct result of rapacious hacking and IT/IP theft by Chinese military and other government directed espionage efforts at US and other countries.
