Doubtful. OpenAI, and Microsoft by extension, would gladly like to sell access to their APIs. Copilot, for example, is available for Jetbrains IDEs.

- karmasimida 4y agoBut do they want JB to create their own Copilot though? It is surely a possibility with OpenAI's API, that is what GitHub is doing anyway, building a layer upon essentially Codex models.
