It's hard for me to rationalize that there is no need for entry level positions when every thread like this brings hiring managers out of the woodworks saying how they can't find talent to fill positions.
- nikau 4y agoProblem is you don't want bootcamp barista as your new entry level employee, you want the nerd who has been into computers for years and is probably on par with your senior devs just without the workplace experience.
