That's only the math if the layoffs have zero "impact" on the product.
- argiopetech 4y agoThe problem is, you can't tell a priori what the impact will be. It could be positive. It certainly could free funds for future positive changes.
- tyingq 4y agoYes, agree. Of course, it could alternatively create a poor customer support experience. Driving a harried reaction like hiring outside help costing more than you saved and distracting the whole org, creating more undesired side effects.
