I don't know, while I do agree with some level of mirroring (usually superficially, like mirroring other confident people at a networking event), I don't believe anyone should do so for repeated interactions. It's just another form of people pleasing, and the harms of that are miles long. Worse yet, this tactic can very quickly become machiavellian. Good luck undoing that!
