Interestingly, there frontend is making API calls to sentry.io and getting 429 (rate limited) error https://ibb.co/qngYbMx https://ibb.co/qngYbMx
That just shows just how insane the traffic on chatgpt is, given that even error reporting tool is overwhelmed.
- chrsjxn 4y agoSentry rate limits pretty heavily unless you spend a significant amount of money. And even when a website is working properly, there's usually a baseline volume of error traffic due to things like bad wireless or cellular connections. I wouldn't read too much into those 429s during an actual outage.
