I don't think they're talking about chatbots by itself are they? more like a paper clip optimizer. use some kind of reinforcement learning algorithm, crypto, mturk/upwork api, search api, email/discord system, then hook it up to some kind of iterative infinite loop that runs 24/7. Only asking for human help when it gets stuck with a goal of maximizing it's crypto holdings.
